An InBody scan will give you an accurate look at body fat, lean muscle mass, basal metabolic weight, water retention and muscle mass in your arms, legs and trunk. Once you know your biometrics, you are able to formulate a plan based on what YOU need to help you achieve the results you are looking for!

An initial consultation with your nutrition coach, including: health and food intake assessments, measurements, Omron biometric scan, and goal setting.

A 30-minute meeting with your nutrition coach to assess progress, review goals, and take measurements.

During our 15-minute No Sweat Consultation, you’ll take a tour of the gym, observe a class, and discuss your individual goals with one of our coaches. This consultation is completely FREE, there is no pressure and no workout clothes are needed.
